The terms behind working with Arghafy.
These terms explain what to expect when you engage Arghafy for custom development, SaaS subscriptions, or white-label products — covering quotes, payment, ownership, and responsibilities on both sides.

What these terms cover
The ways you can work with us.
Arghafy offers three engagement models, each with its own scope and terms detailed below.
Subscription Access
Ongoing access to an existing Arghafy product (like OMS, POS, or CRM) billed monthly or annually.
White-Label Purchase
A one-time purchase of the source code and license to operate an existing product under your own brand.
Quotes and payment
How pricing and billing work.
Prices shown on this website are estimates. A final quote is confirmed after we understand your specific scope.
Custom development typically requires a deposit before work starts, with the remaining balance due at agreed milestones.
Subscription products are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) starting from the activation date.
White-label purchases are due in full, or per an agreed installment schedule, before source code and credentials are handed over.
Prices may be listed in IDR, USD, or another currency by mutual agreement; the invoiced currency is binding.
Work may be paused if an invoice remains unpaid past its due date, after written notice.
Your responsibilities
What we need from you to deliver well.
Timely feedback and approvals at each review milestone, so schedules stay realistic.
Accurate content, brand assets, and account access needed to build or configure your system.
A designated point of contact authorized to make decisions on scope and approvals.
Reasonable testing and review of delivered work before final sign-off.
Intellectual property
Who owns what.
What transfers to you
For custom development and white-label purchases, ownership of the final custom source code and deliverables transfers to you once payment is received in full.
What Arghafy retains
Pre-existing frameworks, internal tools, boilerplate, and general know-how used to build your project remain Arghafy's property, and may be reused in other projects.
Confidentiality
Keeping your information private.
Business information, credentials, and data shared with us during a project are treated as confidential and used only to deliver the agreed work — consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Warranties and liability
What we guarantee, and where limits apply.
We warrant that delivered work will substantially match the agreed scope and will be free of material defects at handoff.
Demo and preview environments are provided as-is for evaluation and are not covered by uptime guarantees.
Arghafy's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Arghafy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
Ending an engagement.
Either party may end a custom development engagement with written notice; completed milestones remain payable. Subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal. Access to white-labeled products, once fully paid and transferred, is not subject to termination by Arghafy.
Governing law
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date, and continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
